Roles & Responsibilities
For this junior Marketing operator role, the primary responsibility is to be accountable for marketing operations work. The detailed responsibilities are:
* Assist with daily marketing support of social media operations, including copywriting, post schedule as well as engagement and hot topic monitoring
* Assist with the creation, editing and promotion of the marketing newsletter
* Assist with the organization/support of events, webinars, meetups
* Be responsible for distributing MyScale content to different platforms
* Assist with the creation, editing and promotion of marketing collaterals (incl. brochures, blog banner, speech decks, multimedia content, etc.)
* Marketing data consolidation and analysis, such as blog performance and SEO performance update.
* Support various Marketing activities upon requests

Minimum Requirements
* A team player with strong organization & planning skills

* Good command of measuring performance based on data analysis.
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
* Be able to work 3-5 days each week for 3-6 months
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Flexibility in handling tasks, and willingness to explore new ideas and think creatively
* Computer skills, using MS Office applications
