职责描述：
• Actively communicate and cooperate with relevant departments, participate in the regional trial plan.与相关部门积极沟通和配合，参与本区域的试验方案制定。
• Prepare corresponding seeds according to the test plan, and complete the specific work of sowing, investigation, pollination and harvest, etc.根据试验方案准备相应试验种子，完成播种、调查、授粉和收获等试验的具体工作；
• Investigate and record the trial data as the plan requirement, afterwards, upload the data into the data analysis system once collated and summarized timely.按方案要求调查、记载试验数据，把记载数据及时整理和汇总以供上传到数据分析系统
• Supervise and give the training to the seasonal workers, meanwhile, guide the seasonal workers to complete various works with high quality.做好临时工人的管理和培训，指导工人优质完成各项工作；
• Take in charge of the technical training and guidance to the trial locations partners.负责试验点试验承担人的技术培训和指导；
• Oversee GM trialing site activities to assure the stewardship and compliance standards.确保在合规的程序下完成转基因试验站的试验工作；
• Participate the related work of station nursery and Hainan nursery if necessary.如有必要，参与本站育种圃及海南育种圃的相关工作；
• Assure high quality operations in compliance with Syngenta standards and HSE requirement. 确保在先正达的HSE和合规标准下高质量运营；
任职要求：
• Complete the trial supervise work and field data investigation independently.完成试验的管理工作以及田间试验数据的精准收集
• Good English written and communication skill.具有一定的英语书写和口语表达能力
• Be willing to take up the challenge, able to deal with the complicated work and fulfill the workload in time. 愿意接受挑战，能够处理复杂的工作并且在规定时限完成任务
