1. Under the guidance from GM and functional head to make marketing strategy and pricing policy 在总经理和职能负责人的指导下制定战略和定价政策
2. Pay attention to the development of the industry and petrochemical area, the development of existing customers and potential customers, consult and obtain information, explore business cooperation opportunities, and develop business relationships 关注行业、石化区发展动态，现有客户和潜在客户的发展情况，咨询和获得信息，探寻商业合作契机，发展商业关系
3. To propose and conduct sales & marketing promotion for the company 为公司提出和进行销售和营销推广
4. To carry out market study on local tank terminal business 进行本地仓储库区的市场研究
5. To monitor competition closely by regular reviews of the prices and services 定期回顾价格和服务，紧密关注竞争对手情况
6. Maintain and enhance business relationships with established clients 维护和加强与已有客户的业务关系
7. Build and grow new relationships with potential clients 与潜在客户建立和发展新的关系
8. To conduct regular visits or courtesy calls to customers, collect market information and customer feedback, and prepare call reports 制定并执行周期性客户拜访和电话访问计划，收集市场信息和客户反馈，并撰写拜访报告
9. To obtain information through customer enquiry and activate internal enquiry review process 通过客户询价，获取信息并启动内部报价审查程序
10. To deliver the result and yield business at the shortest timeframe 在最短的时间内交付结果并产生业务
11. Be responsible for the contract negotiation and conclusion 负责商务合同条款的谈判、协商和决策
12. Be responsible for business reception and business consultation, maintain the company's professional image and actively promote marketing, cooperate with the internal technical departments to answer customer consultations, formulate optimized logistics solutions for customers, and actively solve and negotiate difficult problems, provide business solutions and quotations 负责商业接待和业务咨询、维护公司专业形象并积极营销推广，协同内部技术部门解答客户咨询、为客户制定优化的物流方案并积极解决和协商难点问题，提供商务方案和报价
13. Prepare and follow-up of internal price and investment application approval documents 编制和跟进内部价格和投资的申请审批文件
14. Supervise and implement compliance processes on commercial contracts such as review and approval, determine service qualifications, and follow up the conclusion of contracts 监督和执行合同相关的评审、审批等各类合规流程，确定服务资质，跟进缔结合同
15. Contract management and archiving, review of contract terms 合同管理和存档、合同条款回顾
16. Develop and complete revenue budgets, review budget completion on a monthly basis, update expected completion rates and adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner 制定和完成收入预算，并每月回顾预算完成情况，更新预期完成率并及时调整营销策略
17. Compile monthly commercial updates 归纳各类月度商务报告
Qualifications & Criteria 胜任资格和要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above 本科学历，专业不限
2. CET-6 with good command of written and oral English and Chinese 英语六级，优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力
3. Relevant sales experience in petrochemical industry or in international companies is an advantage 有石油、化工行业销售工作经验或有外企仓储行业销售经验者优先考虑
4. Very good relationship and effective network in petroleum industry is an advantage 在石化行业有优秀的且有效的人际网络者优先考虑
5. With profound guanxi building skills 具备出色的关系构建技能
6. Effective communication and negociation skills 高效的沟通和谈判能力
7. Result driven and high degree of self-motivation 结果导向，具备高度的自我激励能力
8. Efficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) 熟练使用办公软件(Excel, Word, Power Point)
