？ 计划完成：根据计划及下道工序的需求安排生产，保证生产的连续性；

Plan finish: According about the plan and the need of next workshop to arrange production, To ensure the continuity of production.

？ 质量控制：避免质量波动，满足织机生产需求；

Quality control: Avoid quality fluctuation, and meet the demand of loom production.

？ 安全：0事故

Safety: o accident

？ 根据生产计划制定周计划，对每日工作进行安排，生产人员进行平衡调配；

Week plan, according to the production plan for daily work arrangement, production personnel for balanced deployment.

？ 工艺的制定与执行；

The formulation and implementation of process

？ 实行看板管理；

The Kanban management

？ 设备维修计划的制定与执行。建立设备维修档案，合理的机件库存；

Equipment maintenance plan and implementation. Establishing equipment maintenance records, reasonable parts inventory.

？ 制定”6S”标准，开展检查工作；

"6 s" standard, to carry out the inspection work

？ 制定绩效考核标准并执行；

Establish standards and implement performance appraisal.

？ 制定安全操作规程，开展安全检查与安全教育工作；

To develop safety operating rules, safety inspection and safety education work.

？ 制定员工培训计划，建立培训档案，定期进行技能考核；

Employee training plan, establish training files, skills assessment on a regular basis

？ 生产记录具有准确性、及时性、可追溯性，据此开展生产效率、消耗、质量分析；

Production records with accuracy, timeliness, traceability, according that to analysis the production efficiency, cost and quality.

？ 主动访问下道工序，了解生产与质量信息。及时向上道工序反馈问题，杜绝问题向下流动；

？ Access to the next working procedure, understand the production and quality information. Feedback up last process’s problems, put an end to flow down.

？ 制定本车间CRP计划，收集合理化建议。

This workshop CRP plan, collect rationalization proposal.
Job requirements 岗位必备条件

College degree and above, majored in textile engineering/chemistry/materials Engineering related fields.is better.

大专及以上学历,纺织工程师/化学/材料工程师及相关专业优先。

Mini. five years of working experience in textile or automotive industries.

5年以上纺织或汽车行业相关工作经验

Working experience in fabric coating process

有布料涂层经验

More than 20 team member management experience

有超过20人以上团队管理经验
