职责描述:
• Organize and arrange all of the production activities in high EHS and quality performance, cost effective and timely product delivery.
• Manage to maintain all installations, equipment, machinery, buildings, utilities, etc. to enable production targets to be achieved and to meet the company objectives.

• Organize, coordinate and supervise daily production activities regarding EHS, QM/QC, Production Efficiency and People Management

• Ensure and continuously optimize production EHS performance, Quality performance, Productivity performance, Production Management system and People management for fulfilling the business needs

• Manage to maintain the mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, instrumentation and software programs in good condition together with maintenance & engineering team. Check that EHS issues are well cared by taking actions against any non-conformities to company and local EHS regulations during maintenance activities

• Ensure smooth implementations of new engineering projects, modification and improvement of production line in production site, support for the execution of OPEX and CAPEX project

• Continuously improve production process and facilities to meet EHS requirement, high quality standard, improve productivity, management efficiency and reduce production cost.

• Cooperate with BIG/RBU functional departments to ensure the production running in smoothly and proper status.

• Deputy for senior production manager: During the absence of senior production manager, responsible for the daily production management, MOC, maintenance coordination, plant inspection and plant tour, meetings (weekly/monthly QC/S&OP/Management meeting.

任职要求:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemistry or chemical engineering
• Working Experience: at least 5 years’ experience in production
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good writing and oral English skill.
