Responsibilities
-Lead Data Cable process concept and design review，prevent/mitigate the process development potential risk.
-Lead Data cable production non-standard equipment or tooling design review, driving the process workflow and equipment solution.
-Provide problem solving solution during sample making or safe launch phase related process & equipment.
-Driving the process realization and process performance (C/T, Scape Rate, OEE) to meet target.
-Lesson learned collection and best practice sharing.
-Finish process development related documentation, promote machine & process release to mass production.
-Innovation idea and technical enhancement，be brave to try and accept new things
-Familiar with harness production PFLOW and PFMEA.
Qualifications：
-Automation, Mechanical design or Industrial Engineering related, 
-bachelor or above
-TS16949/PFMEA Training certificate
-CET-4  or above
-Above 3 years of experience on Data cable product development 
or manufacturing process development related to Data cable.
-Be familiar with Data cable production, such as PFLOW/PFMEA
-Be familiar with CC/SC definition and application
-Be aware of basic requirement for error-proofing
-Understand product handling and ergonomic requirements
-Be familiar with make files requirement for work instruction
-Be skillful on tooling design and problem solving
-Have good English speak/read skill
