Some Hard Skills We Expect from You:
• 1+ years relevant working experience in PR, e-PR, social, digital or Marketing department, agency or in-house. Having relevant experiences in lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Capable of working for retainer clients and projects, doing researches and developing reports; supporting strategic planning work.
• Good knowledge and connection with media, new media and KOLs.
• Strong copywriting skills on PR documents as well as social post/articles in both Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication skill in managing clients, media & KOLs and partners.
• Good oral English.
• Consistently meets deadlines and attentive to details and quality.
• Solid knowledge and skills in all Microsoft Office program.
• Bachelor’s Degree or plus.


The Responsibilities You Will Take Including but not Limited to:
• Execute daily work to a high standard that includes daily management of clients’ social media accounts, PR and social media content development, events’ support, operational logistics, influencer marketing, etc.
• Maintain and develop a strong network of media and KOLs; pitch and secure good coverage for our clients.
• Develop high-quality written materials required in the agency business (e.g. emails, meeting minutes, press releases, feature, task list, briefing book, etc.)
• Support market research in English / Chinese for brands.
• Work on a mix of retainer clients and projects.
• Proactively offer solutions to always deliver KPIs and actionable metrics.
• Play a role in supporting new business development.
