Responsibilities：
Follow the Safety First rule during the process and operation design phase
Responsible for new production line design (Including process design, tools design, logistic design, etc.)
Drive continuous improvement for responsible production line
Optimize the existing manufacturing process for higher productivity
Complete Standard Operation Procedure/Routing sequence document preparation
Design the packing of Parts
Design and maintain the stock control system based on the request and layout
Co-ordinate with suppliers for development of tooling & fixture and container for the parts
Organize the flow process according to the Std. work time; define the workstation in assembly line, balance the working time on each workstation
Train workers to use new equipment/procedure
Identify the EHS risks in the manufacture engineering process. Organize the team to solve the risks.
Qualifications：
Bachelor degree or above
At least 5Yrs manufacturing/process engineering background
Mechanism, Electronics and Automation
Fluent English and Good at MS Office, AutoCAD etc.
