Responsibilities & Qualifications

Lead plant layout management, overall driven new production line design, transfer layout, new plant layout design;

Capacity and HC management, work with supply chain to evaluate HC/Line/equipment deployment and output standard;

Identify and drive KAIZEN projects to reduce the operation cost.

Work with PSE for new project input, line balance, waste eliminate, efficiency improvement;

Support product line and equipment acceptance

Identify labor efficiency improvement；

Supporting operation and solve specific problems in operation.

Qualification & Certification

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.

Fluent with Microsoft Office. Good at CAD drawing

GB or BB is plus

Experience

8+ years progressive experience in Lean / IE background;

Familiar with Auto parts industry, cable area is plus;

Technical Skill & Competencies

1. Need solid experience for site/plant layout design and material flow design;

2. Experience as project leader to improvement projects.

3. Good communication and rich experience for IE knowledge;

4. Be proficient at IE & Lean manufacturing tools for continues improvement.

5. Familiar with lean methodology, mindset
