Job Description：
To ensure the product technical definition in order to fulfill the customer specifications within the costs and design targets for the product.
Responsible for combining/integration of the results of the employees in design, advanced engineering, component engineering, motor development and electrical / electronic development including specialists/experts of related business division and group functions. This includes the planning and the coordination of testing, prototype, purchasing and quality activities
Main technical interface to the customer and to the suppliers. Responsible for the interface FMEA.
To analyze the customer specification and create accordingly the compliance matrix and the Brose internal product specifications
To ensure the integration of the Brose internal components with fulfillment of the customer specification
Coordinate the change management from the request for quotation till implementation in serial production
Main technical support to the plant
Lead the project technical meetings ( EAK) and follow up the technical activities within the frame of the Brose "Product Development Process"
Job Requirements：
Bachelor degree, master preferred; Engineering major preferred
Successful SOP’s according to the schedule. Development of technically reliable products with the team. Maintain budget, quality and timing
Functional coordination of a project team. Responsible for the product technical definition in agreement with the program manage
Main technical interface to the customers, plant and suppliers

Good knowledge in parts design, material, electronics, motor/driving unit. Basics of program management
