主要负责公司产品研发、技术改进、产品相关的技术指导以及产品市场信息搜集与反馈等。

Main responsibilities 主要职责：
• 负责新产品的开发，确保公司产品具有竞争优势，对新产品的可行性方案的设计，新产品的试制、试产、测试进行全过程跟踪。
• Responsible for development of new products to ensure competitive advantages of our products; make feasible design proposals for new products; follow-up the whole production process of new product prototypes.
• 对原有产品进行技术改进与维护。
• Technical improvement and maintenance of the original products.
• 解决产品在生产和售后服务过程中的技术难题。
• Solve the technical problems in the process of product in the production and after-sales service
• 及时了解行业新技术，为产品的技术创新提供保障。
• Get information about new technologies in the industry in a timely manner to provide foundation for technological innovations of the product.
• 对产品技术资料进行有效管理，确保技术资料的准确与安全。
• Properly manage product technical information and to ensure their accuracy and safety.
• 上级临时交代的岗位职责范围内的其它技术性工作。
• Other technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.
To succeed 任职条件：
1.全日制机械制造及自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历；英语良好。
1. Bachelor degree or above education background, majoring in machinery manufacturing and automation or related subjects; fluent English.
2、熟悉电脑操作，精通机械制图并熟练运用CAD、CAXA等二维绘图软件，熟练使用Solid works等三维软件进行产品设计。
2. Familiar with computer operation; know well mechanical drawing and able to proficiently use 2D drawing software such as CAD and CAXA; able to skill use 3D drawing software such as Solid works for the design of products.
3、3年以上矿山机械设备主机研发工作经验，具有圆锥类破碎设备研发经验者优先。
3. At least 3 years experience in mining machinery and equipment main engine research and development，experience in cone crushing equipment development is preferred.
4、熟悉矿山机械产品生产工艺流程设计，熟悉产品不同工况的应用，了解不同客户群体对产品的不同需求者优先。
4. Familiar with the production process design of mining machinery products, familiar with the application of different working conditions of products, and understand the different needs of different customer groups for products is preferred.
5、工作认真负责、严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力
