Responsibilities岗位职责:

§ Responsible for sales of FES rebuild & single machine and achieve sales target

负责制浆设备和制浆系统改造的销售并完成年度任务目标

§ Create and develop customer relationship, build up long term customer relationship

建立和开发客户长期友好的合作关系

§ Focus on key accounts and coverage of other accounts in responsible region

专注重要客户及区域内的其他客户

§ Maintenance and enhance Voith image and reputation in P&P industry

维护并加强公司在行业内的品牌地位

§ Promote Voith advanced technology with system, rebuild solution and equipment/product

推广具有公司技术优势的系统改造方案和设备方案

§ Explore business opportunity and create Sales Force timely and correctly

开发业务机会并定期正确维护Sales Force系统

§ Report to line manager about sales activity, call/weekly report etc.

定期向直线经理汇报主要工作进展

§ Share customer/project information and provide support to other Voith Paper business unit, and collaborate with other BU when needed.

与公司内部其他业务部门分享客户和项目信息，并互相支持合作

§ Leading sales activity and process for the projects in region, coordinate with related Application, technology, product manager

与相关技术部门合作主导负责区域内的项目机会

§ Handover relevant project documents to OTC when necessary

项目进入执行阶段时主动移交项目前期背景及相关信息

§ Organize customer technical seminar depends on customer/project situation

根据客户或项目需求组织客户技术研讨会

§ Arrange customer reference visit when needed

当有需要时能够组织客户进行业绩项目的考察

Requirements岗位要求：

§ Bachelor or above, specialty in P&P process, mechanical or related

本科及以上，学习造纸工艺、机械或相关优先

§ Above 5 years working experience in P&P industry or Above 3 years sales experience in P&P industry

五年以上造纸行业工作经验，或三年以上造纸行业销售经验

§ OCC / Stock preparation experience shall be high appreciated

具有OCC废纸制浆系统经验优先

§ Fluent both Chinese and English
