职责描述：
1. Advice engineers and managers in all Intellectual Property (IP) issues
2. Implementation and tracking of patent monitoring process in China
3. Foster IP work and increase IP awareness
4. Support legal department in IP related matters (contracts, patent litigations)
5. Support benchmark activities, in particular in view of third party IP rights and patent infringements
6. Plan China IP Competence Roadmap with consideration of China Situation, Brose Global IP Strategy and HNTE-Activities
7. Customize China Local IP Services Process

任职要求：
1. Align with local BUs & Germany to define Brose China IP yearly target & action plan
2. Advising engineers and project teams in IP issues
3. Training engineers in IP related topics and raising IP awareness
4. Identifying inventions and evaluating such inventions in view of patentability
5. Coordinating and instructing external patent attorneys for patent prosecution and in case of patent disputes
6. Implementing Brose IP processes, monitoring and maintaining such processes, including IP project checks within the Brose Product Development Process (PDP)
7. Conducting prior art searches, patent monitoring of third party IP rights and freedom to operate analyses
8. Supporting CN Legal Department with regard to IP related contracts
9. Supporting benchmark activities of relevant competitor’s products
10. Informing and advising development teams based on results of benchmark activities and third party patent analysis, also regular reporting main competitors / OEM / Tier-1 product IP trend analysis on China Automotive market
