Your responsibilities

* Lead the planning and execution of project.
* Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
* Define project tasks and resource requirements.
* Develop full scale project plans.
* Manage project budget, plan and schedule project timelines.
* Provide direction and support to project team.
* Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
* Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
* Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
* Establish and nurture productive working relationships with internal/external partners.

Your background

* Minimum 5 years in R&D Project Management experience.
* Familiar with HW design and manufactory Process.
* Bachelors / Masters Degree in Automation preferable.
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Planning and organizing.
* Decision-making.
* Team worker.
* Communication skills.
* Influencing and leading.
* Negotiation.
* Conflict management.
* Fluent in English and Chinese (Simplified).
