Division/Department: Finance, Corporate & JV Affairs

Your Responsibility

* Support CFO for the calendar management, including organizing meeting and handling time conflict.
* Support CFO for the documents signing, precheck is needed before the documents are passed to CFO.
* Track the BU-level tasks/ projects, report the status to CFO regularly
* Support CFO for the other daily affairs, such as business travel application and corresponding reimbursement.
* Create shopping cart in K-RSM and track the status of SC.
* Coordinate with Controlling colleagues about the Open PR/ PO
* Maintain the attendance system for all staff of BU
* New staff on-boarding preparation e.g. office material, introduction to all colleagues
* Coordinate with other BUs
* Handle the office administrative issues, such as repair, stationary purchasing and team building.

Our Requirements

* Majoring in intercultural studies or business or languages;
* Familiar with of MS Office, especially Excel, etc.;
* Proficiency in English or German;
* Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit;
* Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
* Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something goes wrong.
