What you’ll do:
质量工程师
岗位描述
1. 根据标准要求，制定产品各项检验标准并监督执行；
2. 实施产品抽检巡检，包括新产品及批量生产产品，保证质量可靠性；
3. 质量问题跟踪关闭，包括生产过程及客户端产品问题，8D报告实施，发掘根本原因并制定措施，避免重复发生；
4. 实施新产品开发过程质量控制，包括测试验证、CP等质量文件编制，监督各环节文件交接；
5. 负责产线不合格品组织处理及不合格原因的分析与判定；
6. 对各项质量指标（客户投诉DPPM,FTQ,FPY等）进行分析，制定系统性解决方案并跟踪；
7. 推进质量工具部署和跨团队质量问题解决能力提升。
Qualifications:
该职位人员的能力要求:
a) 机械、电气或质量方面的本科以上学历；
Skills:
b) 熟悉中高压产品知识、运行性能、生产流程等；熟悉ISO质量管理体系，拥有统计学的基础知识；
c) 拥有电气行业质量控制方面丰富的经验，并受过专门培训；
d) 具有沟通协调能力及团队协作精神，较强的执行力；
e) 英语良好，熟练使用计算机办公软件；
f) 能够恪守职业道德，坚持原则。
