Volkswagen Automatic Transmission(Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (VWATJ), as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, is a large green-field transmission producer of the VW Group in China. We produce high-quality DSG transmissions for millions of Volkswagen Group China’s domestically produced vehicles since 2014 and we continue to advance with high quality standards and technical standards to maintain the momentum in the China market.
Job Title: Supplier Management
Division/Department: Technical Development
Location: Tianjin
Your Responsibilities:
1. Support the NEV projects development (from quality perspective) inline with internal requirements and the China Market requirements and China Laws and Regulations/Policies (e.g. NEV Quota/Credits).
2. Support the NEV projects localization for the Chinese Market and global market. Assess and ensure the prototype supplier qualification from quality perspective.
3. Interact with JVs (FAW-VW and SVW, VW-Anhui), Local suppliers and outbound suppliers for parts quality ensuring. Secure necessary action for NEV projects quality approval from higher level.
4. Assess & ensure internal process conformity. Support establishment of internal process to be compliant with relevant VW, AUDI or Group standards (e.q. Golden Rules, ISO, related process standards).
5. Support Quality Approval different NEV projects.
6. Quality assurance and improvement at /with min 3 Suppliers of prototype component. Quality visits and improvement at /with min 3 Suppliers of prototype component.
7. Parts purchasing, tracking, delivery & incoming inspection.
Your Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering / automotive engineering / mechatronic engineering / Electrical engineering / Chemical engineering
2. Knowledge of automotive transmission technologies & cars in general
3. Knowledge of components for New energy vehicle-related technologies
4. Very good team player, Good communication ability
5. High motivation, flexibility
6. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
7. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
