通过提供专业的的现场及咨询服务，最大化确保服务质量及客户满意度，促进客户业务发展，支持并确保年度服务销售指标的完成
To maximize the customer satisfaction on our quality service with providing professional field and consultancy service, while promote service products to support and ensure the completion of annual service sales targets.
Main responsibilities 主要职责：
1、日常服务工作，如新设备/项目安装调试、故障响应、维保指导，客户培训等
Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, equipment installation & commissioning, trouble shooting, regular maintenance supervisory, and customer training etc.
2、所负责客户的电话及现场需求响应，包含技术支持、问题的持续解决及跟踪等
Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving.
3、定期的客户拜访以确保客户满意度并寻求业务机会，同时支持所负责区域配件等服务的销售，确保能达到并超过年度业绩指标
Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity; Responsible for supporting the parts and other service sales to ensure the annual service sales target to be reached.
4、和销售、技术及采购等公司内部团队紧密沟通，以确保所负责客户的满意度
Working closely with sales, engineering & project teams to satisfy customer.
5、作为所指定区域内服务业务的主要联系人
Being the main contact person for service issues within the geographical areas.
6、收集现场服务情况或客户的意见和建议，反馈给公司技术部及质量专员，并进行根本原因的分析，确保产品的持续改善
Collect quality issues and customer complaints, feedback to the technical department and quality specialist, analyze the root cause, to ensure products continuous improvement.
7、及时提交工作汇报，如现场服务报告、周报及月报等
Submit reports in time, such as field service report, weekly report, and monthly report etc.
8、完成其他分派的任务或项目
Perform other miscellaneous duties and/or special tasks as required.
To succeed 任职条件：
1、本科或以上学历
Bachelor degree or above education background.
2、机械设计与制造、电气自动化或选矿工程相关专业
Maijor in mechanical design and manufacturing, electrical automation, mineral processing engineering or related.
3、有较强的沟通、协调能力、执行能力，工作原则性强，有较强的客户服务意识，能承受较大的工作压力，能适应长期国内及海外出差。
Possess strong communication, coordination and execution abilities and obey work discipline; have a strong sense of customer service and be able to work under pressure, be adapt to long-term domestic or overseas business travel.
4、具团队协作精神，在校期间有项目管理经验更佳
Team worker, and project management experience will be a plus.
5、熟悉日常办公软件，擅长一种以上绘图软件
Familiar with common office software, at least be good at one kind of drawing software.
6、具备一定的英语沟通能力优先
Be able to communication by oral and writing in English as a preference.
7、终身学习意愿
Willing of continuous learning.
