Job Title: Compliance Consultant

Division/ Department: Integrity & Compliance Department

Location: Tianjin

 

Your Responsibilities: 

1. Monitor, assess and implement improvement of Compliance programs as well as Compliance Management System

2. Establish the localized compliance standard within Group regulation and cooperate with entities of VGC for alignment in CMS

3. Provide consultation to all business units in terms of compliance topics

4. Implementation of appropriate compliance training and communication methods to deepen the compliance awareness of employees

5. Business Partner Due Diligence on potential and existing business partners in VWATJ, VWATD and VWAC

6. Leading/working in special projects related to compliance management, e.g. ICRA, BHR, LKSG.

7. Provide compliance-risk –oriented advices to Policy, consult business process owner for policy and guideline setting-up and align with parent company on the policy Development, roll-out and maintenance of Compliance relevant Policies

 

Your Qualification:

1. Master degree, preferably in legal sciences, business management with special training or knowledge in the area of business partner due diligence check

2. Several years’ experience with Compliance ideally within an international environment

3. Excellent understanding of business

4. Additionally extend knowledge of compliance Management (preferred in automotive companies)

5. Strong sense of accountability, and process orientation (practical knowledge about company common processes)

6. Good command of English/German in reading and writing, communication and coordination skills towards various target groups

7. Ability to enjoy team work but also do well independently

8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
