岗位描述/Department Mission
• Mechanical test for transmission or E-Powertrains
• Ensuring the development of China tailored components or China specific projects
• Technical interface in contact with project partners in both Germany and China

主要职责/Your Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning and executing of verification and validation tests (DV/PV –Tests) including all necessary activities
• Developing and controlling the necessary testing periphery; Commissioning and implementation of the tests.
• Participation in the evaluation process and transfer the results.
• Responsible for the development and improvement of test procedures, test cases and other evaluation criteria’s.
• Support all relevant internal and external partners in case of testing and analyzing or debugging demands (e.g. EOL, in-line testing, etc.).

岗位要求/Qualification

1. Must-have
• Min. master degree in the field of Mechanical, automotive engineering or comparable qualification
• Fluent in English
• Very good knowledge background of e-powertrain or transmission tests
• High degree of communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Willing and able to work in a challenging intercultural environment
• Independent, structured and analytical way of working

2. Nice-to-have
• Oversea experience
• Mandarin and German language knowledge
