Responsibilities：
Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided：
Export: Select appropriate carrier, negotiate rates with carriers and coordinate actual shipment/transport.
Import: Coordinate inbound shipments to customer.
Sea: Select appropriate carrier, negotiate rates with carriers and coordinate actual shipment/transport. Coordinate inbound shipments to customer.
Communicate with custom broker to check customs clearance
Execute by arranging warehouse requirements if applicable
Execute by providing support on eservices if applicable
Export: Negotiate rates with suppliers/carriers within national agreements. Import: Provide customers with rate quotations. Sea: Negotiate rates with suppliers/carriers within national agreements. Provide customers with rate quotations
Execute customer service by answering questions and solving issues.
Validate Billing and do accrual. Provide support to Finance if required
Requirement：
3-4 years’ experience within seafreight Management.
Multi modal knowledge and operational skills.
Good knowledge of computer systems, both exports and invoicing
Knowledge of customs tariffs and the customers organization and operations
Good communication skills both to co-workers and customers, suppliers, etc.
