职责描述：
• Implements Sales Strategy
○ Responsible for generating sales for assigned accounts
○ Contributes to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share of this account.
• Identifies new directions for partnership with his/her customer(s)
○ in collaboration with the Market Development/Product Marketing/Applications Engineering teams.
○ Promote full kit products/Develop solution or sub-system with marketing/FAE to meet customer requirement and benefit to customer demand.
• Manages new projects being developed
○ Support customer in samples and order follow up. Collect and escalate information on customer needs and market trends

任职要求：
B.S. or Master Degree in the below fields:-
• Electronic Engineering
• Industrial Control & Automation
• Communication Engineering
• Computer H/W & S/W engineering
Years:
• 2~5 yrs of experiences in related fields
Experiences:
• Application Engineer or Field Application Engineers experiences in Vendors 1~2 yrs
• Sales / Marketing experiences in Vendors 1~2 yrs
• Strong commitment to change from FAE / AE to Sales if no any Sales / Marketing experiences.
