Principal responsibilities
- Provide information throughout the various proposal, engineering and construction phases to the proposal and project teams regarding all aspects of Process Engineering
- Perform process simulations and develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and Heat and Material Balances (H&MB’s)
- Coordinate the procedure in the bidding and design phase.
- Develop sizing information for Process Equipment (compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, distillation columns, separators, reactors, etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment data sheets.
- Prepare material selection designation (diagram) for plant requirements is needed.
- Provide technical expertise to the project execution team and assist in developing plant control philosophy.
- Coach of junior process engineer, responsible for the quality of design work and documents.
- Ad-hoc assignment from line manager.


Required qualifications/experiences
- experience in process simulation required, as well as strong working knowledge of one or more process simulators such as Optisim and/or Unisim , could optimise process calculation
- Microsoft office, VISIO to issue datasheet and diagram.
- Comos PEW to release PFD and process datasheet package.
- Strong Excel skills are required as well.
- Holding bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of working experience, 5+ years of direct working experience with ASU and/or chemical process and concept design experience
- Familiar with the main components features, good to have system design/equipment design background.
- Good facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Fluent in English
