岗位职责 RESPONSIBILITIES

1、与销售团队合作，向客户介绍康莱德解决方案 (包括但不限于自动驾驶数据记录和回注系统), 确定潜在客户需求并向他们解释康莱德系统如何为他们提供价值，在现场访问期间进行技术演示、产品培训和数字通信 Work with Sales team to introduce to customers Konrad Solutions, including but not limited to AD data record and reinjection system and identify underlying customer needs and explain to them how Konrad system is providing value to them, during onsite visits with technical presentations, product training and digital communication.

2、验证客户要求，并且判断如何将要求与康莱德的方案相结合，同时与客户一起配合更新和修改要求，从而更好地匹配康莱德的系统设计流程
Verify customer requirements and how we can implement them leveraging our system. Work together with customers to update and modify the requirements as applicable so they better match Konrad System design process

3、根据需要，主导针对客户被测物（产品）的样机演示与概念验证，以促成客户对康莱德技术能力的信任.
As needed lead the execution of Demos, POC efforts with customer DUT/ products to deliver trust in our technical capabilities

4、根据自动驾驶数据记录和回注系统项目售前阶段的初样设计和客户提供的规格，考虑设计成本、安全性和时间限制的影响，制定客户特定的详细设计软件架构和实施计划 。需要根据客户规范，与供应商的系统工程师合作，集成来自供应商的子系统。
Finalize the detailed System Design of AD data record and reinjection projects based on Predesign in Presales stage and customer provided specifications, considering the impact of design cost, safety and time constraints. It needed due to customer specifications incorporate sub systems from suppliers as needed. co_work with system engineer from suppliers to integrate the system successfully

5、基于恩艾仪器数据采集等板卡开发测试用例，包括但不仅限于基于HIL技术的自动驾驶传感融合测试设备，自动驾驶数据采集与数据回放设备。
Develop programming and test applications for various kinds of Konrad Solutions including but not limited to AD data record and reinjection system and AD HiL Sensor fusion test equipment.

6、驱动编程(RS232, TCP / IP, CAN)，DLLs, ActiveX, NET objects 集成
Support drive programming (RS232, TCP / IP, CAN), Integration of DLLs, ActiveX, .NET objects

7、根据客户需求，将第三方硬件和软件解决方案集成到我们的测试平台上
Integrate 3rd party Hardware and software solutions to our test platform based on customer requirements

8、配合 FAE 团队监控和操作用于测试产品的仪器和流程。 这些任务可以包括组装、校准、改进和对测试设备进行维护。
Cooperate with the FAE team to Monitor and manipulate the instruments and processes being used to test products. These tasks can include assembling, calibrating, improving and performing maintenance on test equipment.

9、将依据合同向客户提供的相关培训，作为整个项目的最终交付的一部分，直至客户签署培训记录。
As per contract deliver related training to customers as an item of the Final delivery of the complete project until customer is signing the training record.

10、在 康莱德和/或客户现场按照客户特定的最终验收标准领导客户要求的测试和验证，直到客户签署所有文件；
Lead the Test and Verification of Customer Requirements following customer specific Final Acceptance criteria at Konrad and/ or customer site until customer is signing all the documents

11、及时记录每一次软件架构和程序修改，为后续方案优化提供足够的支持与依据
Record the comments instantly after revising the software programming each time, to provide sufficient supporting evidence and references to following product improvements.
任职要求 QUALITFICATIONS

1、具备LabVIEW CLD 或同等级别技能
LabVIEW Architect level (CLD) or something comparable.

2、熟悉Teststand, Labwindows, VeriSTAND, PLC, C, C++ 等编程工具原理
Familiar with the principles of TestStand/ LabWindows/VeriSTAND/ PLC/ C/C++

3、有至少3年的非标工装软件开发经验
More than 3 years software programming experience based on testing fields/ non-standard (customized) equipment

4、可以使用英语作为工作语言。
Good English communication skill .

5、熟悉算法、人工智能(机器学习)者优先
Familiar with algorithm, AI (machine learning) is a plus.

教育背景与培训 Education & Training:
大学本科及以上学历，主修汽车工程、机械电子、机械工程、控制工程、计算机科学等相关学科。
Bachelor degree and above, major in vehicle engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, control engineering, or computer science relevant realm.
