● Risk Assessments based on Franke Group methodology and reach the expected level of scores defined by Group EHS strategy.
● Accident / Incident Management--Ensure all accidents, incidents (hazards & near misses) are reported, recorded, investigated thoroughly and any actions effectively monitored until closure.
● Environmental Management – Ensure that activities are undertaken with minimal impact on the environment and are compliant with local legislation. Activities to include maintaining waste transfer records.
● Safety culture and mindsets improvement – Driving employee’s safety mindsets improvement, building up safety culture by organizing mass events or group activities/advertising activities which helps the organization achieving Group target of 0 accident.
● EHS Strategy planning development –effectively collaborate across global Franke factories and central operation /EHS team, generate local EHS strategic development, driving continuously improvement within EHS scope.

Qualification:

● Collage and above education with engineering related major
● EHS system or safety management role for at least 5 years, special knowledge on machinery welding processes, industry facilities management.
● Have Certified Safety Engineer
● Good communication skills both Chinese and English
● Be rational and open mind.
● Act responsibly and accountably
