Assist Engineering superiors and peers in identifying and communicating relevant Compliance Standards (ideally ahead of their publication) for China and globally.
Collaborate with other leaders in Design Research, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing and Sales, as well as with outside consultants.
Ensure with others that CROWN products or products sold by CROWN are safe.

Translate Compliance and other Standards from Chinese into English and vice versa. Review drafted China Compliance Standards as well as summarize feedback and comments.

Participate and play an active role in Standard Committees.
Represent CROWN in Standards meetings.

Actively participate in Company Alignment meetings on Standards (Bi-annual Standard Meetings).

Being responsible for the generation of a Product Compliance File.

Provide direct management oversight for all Suzhou-led projects and advise North American and European-led projects relative to Chinese legislation as far as compliance standards or guidelines are concerned.

Communicate with domestic inspectors to clarify testing requirements and support CROWN affiliates and entities (NBO and Munich) to prepare the Type Test activities.

Be present – in the Type Test locations – throughout the Type Test and assist the local CROWN staff in communicating with the inspectors.

Support to solve compliance issues of Crown trucks which are sold, developed and made in China, communicate with persons from Crown SH for compliance issues in field.

1. Bachelor / master’s degree in engineering / Technology.
2. 10 years professional experience, including experience with forklift trucks.
3. Sound knowledge of Compliance standards of Forklifts industry.
4. Familiar with Compliance testing, functional testing, and endurance testing of trucks.
5. Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
6. Able to work effectively and independently.

7、与国内检验员沟通，明确测试要求，并支持CROWN子公司和实体(NBO和慕尼黑)准备型式测试活动。

8、全程在型式试验现场，协助当地CROWN员工与检验人员沟通。

9、协助解决在中国销售、开发和制造的科朗卡车的合规问题，并与科朗上海的相关人员沟通合规问题。
