2.团队协作：协同内外资源，负责任务分级分配、督促相关成员的工作有序开展，并深度参与确保高效协作，以实现项目目标。

3.风险管理：识别和评估项目风险，并制定相应的风险应对策略。监控项目进展，及时发现并解决潜在的问题和障碍，以确保项目按计划进行。

4.质量控制：制定并执行高通量测序服务项目的质量控制计划。确保实验操作符合标准操作规程和相关法规要求，以提供高质量和准确的测序数据。

5.外部供应商沟通：与供应商进行沟通，了解彼此需求和期望，并及时回应问题。确保较好的外部供应商合作关系及顺畅的供应交付体系。

6.报告和文档管理：准备项目进度报告、总结报告和其它必要的文档。记录项目相关信息和数据，以便进行跟踪和评估，并为将来的项目提供参考。

7.不断改进：定期评估项目执行过程，并提出改进建议。参与和推动服务项目管理的最佳实践和流程的制定，以提高项目交付效率和质量。

岗位要求：

1.硕士及以上学历(优秀院校或者优秀个人可以考虑本科毕业)，生命科学相关专业；

2.有一定英语听说读写能力；

3.可以适当出差深圳、香港等城市。

Job Responsibilities for Project Operations Position:

1.Project Planning: Develop detailed plans for tech-service projects, including project objectives, key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure that the HaploX-International project implementation plan meets customer requirements.

2.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external resources, responsible for task assignment and supervision of team members' work progress, and actively participate in ensuring efficient collaboration to achieve project goals.

3.Risk Management: Identify and evaluate project risks and develop corresponding risk response strategies. Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues and obstacles in a timely manner to ensure project adherence to the plan.

4.Quality Control: Develop and execute quality control plans for high-throughput sequencing service projects. Ensure that experimental operations comply with standard operating procedures and relevant regulatory requirements to provide high-quality and accurate sequencing data.

5.External Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers to understand each other's needs and expectations and respond to inquiries promptly. Ensure good external supplier relationships and smooth supply delivery systems.

6.Reporting and Documentation Management: Prepare project progress reports, summary reports, and other necessary documents. Record project-related information and data for tracking and evaluation purposes and provide references for future projects.

7.Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate project execution processes and provide improvement suggestions. Participate in and promote the establishment of best practices and processes for service project management to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

1.Master's degree or above (outstanding university graduates or exceptional individuals may be considered with a bachelor's degree) in a life science-related field.

2.Proficiency in English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

3.Ability to travel as needed to cities such as Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
