岗位描述：
1、确保适当的硬件（PLC、机器人、操纵器、电气、气动和现场总线设备、运动控制等）用于控制不同的自动化项目，遵循BG标准；
2、分析不同类型和组成的技术（机械、电气、气动等），以研究这些技术是否符合自动化应用的要求；
3、使用、培训和更新PLC和HMI编程结构、规则和标准编程模板，以及由PLC控制的不同设备之间的输入/输出通信列表，确保供应商和/或内部符合标准；
4、创建或修改所需设备的编程，“PLC、HMI、机器人、驱动程序、视觉”等，以便于工厂生产跟踪、减少循环时间或改善新的或现有的自动化解决方案的性能，以及必要时更换硬件；
5、对于非标准的自动化解决方案，对所提出的解决方案进行技术可行性研究，以确保最终应用符合工厂的生产要求；
6、在所有非标准自动化解决方案阶段与供应商密切合作和支持，以及对标准化的新供应商的支持和跟进。
任职要求：
1、至少5年的项目和工艺自动化设计和开发经验，集成不同的技术，并在不同的技术领域“编程、电气、气动和机械”工作；
2、机器人、PLC、HMI、Scada、视觉、变频器和运动控制的高级编程；
3、工业现场通信总线的知识。
