What you’ll do
To secure PLC and electrical systems follow Volvo standard. Installation and commissioning in correct way.
Prepare and implement various process documents and be responsible for the distribution and change of maintenance process documents in the workshop, so as to ensure that the process documents are effective, complete, correct and unified; Check and supervise the implementation of process discipline and implement corresponding rectification measures.
Organize and implement the optimization and improvement of mechanical properties of workshop equipment, reduce operating costs and improve the stability and reliability of the system.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting mechanical equipment in the workshop, develop maintenance standards, promote the implementation of maintenance plans, and ensure stable operation of mechanical equipment in the workshop.
Solve production problems, efficiency problems and quality problems related to equipment.
Responsible for identifying risks of mechanical equipment, avoiding or preventing them in the early stage, summarizing the project in stages, improving existing problems, and optimizing relevant processes.
Responsible for R&M of mechanical equipment in the workshop, participating in the selection, design, installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment in new models together with the product design and development department.
Lead the maintenance of mechanical equipment in the workshop, design solutions with production and suppliers, and implement them at the optimal cost.
Train on-site maintenance workers and technicians to improve the overall skills of maintenance personnel.
Achievement, cause analysis, improvement and tracking of KPI targets for workshop equipment.
Support M3MU and various improvements in the workshop, responsible for fixture design, transformation, and simulation.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical related.
More than 3 years of mechanical design and simulation experience, and participation in fixture design and simulation in a vehicle factory is preferred.
Possess CATIA drawing ability and be able to draw machining drawings according to actual needs.
Capable of fixture design, transformation, and simulation.
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
