职责描述:
The Integration Manager is responsible for translating the customer requirements into a carefully designed system with the lowest possible risks. The IM will make sure that the system is handed-over according to specification by your colleagues and suppliers. During the design process the IM will support the Project Manager and Project Leader in resolving technical solution and system-related issues. The IM will lead the test phase and ensure a smooth, seamless transition to our customers’ operational processes.

• Advising on the use of standard solutions and the impact of special solutions

• Understanding the customer processes and acting as advisor in correctly estimating the impact of changes

• Create system requirement according to customer requirements

• Developing the integration plan, the test specifications and the test plans

• Leads integration of more or less known risks:

o Independently draws up integration plan and executes it once it has been accepted.

o Leads small project team: Manages quality, progress, costs and information provision.

o Puts forward proposals for optimizing concept

• Identifying risks and finding solutions to reduce them

任职要求:
Education/Qualification & Experience
教育/资质&经验
• Technical or logistics education to at least BSc level
技术或物流专业本科以上学历
• 5 – 10 years’ experience as systems integrator
5-10年系统集成经验
• Experience with system assurance system (requirement management, testing and validation, change management and configuration management)
有保障系统经验(需求管理、测试和验证、变更管理和配置管理)

• Familiar with customer processes in the BHS / Warehouse Automation / Parcel & Postal industries
