Job description:
1. Contributes to the creation and implementation of best practice quality strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
2. Utilize all related QA tools, to recognize, locate process bottlenecks and issues with reference to available business analysis result, to re-engineer related work processes across functions if necessary, to increase organizational efficiency.
3. Build a strong capability of technical support, able to collect and digest all service procedures and performance standards from Brand HQ, also conduct necessary analysis and consolidation.
4. Supervise compliance of site operation on quality management, support in deviation investigation and advice for improvement, assist functional managers to apply quality strategies and procedures into each workshop.
5. Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to take the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take reaction base on the actual result.
6. Develop and optimize process effectiveness within organization based on business analysis result. Ensure implementation and controlling of quality projects and preventive quality tools to gain a sustainable higher quality in the processes/projects.
Job requirement:
10 years above management experience of quality assurance and process design/management in manufacturing industries
Strong sense of responsibility, good quality-driven character
People management experience is preferable
University degree or above is preferable
Good at English in written and verbal
Holder of Quality assurance related training certificates, be familiar with QC tools and methods, Six Sigma yellow Belt or above is preferred
Watch making, jewelry or related working experience is preferable
