Main responsibilities:
1. Handle customers’ complaint and respond customer timely, meets and exceeds customer requirement.
2. Drive the cross-functional team to investigate the root cause and take effective actions to solve the problem.
3. CCRP coordinator and drive the issue resolution owner to close the issue before target date.
4. Keep deep and positive communication with global customers.
5. Warranty request and parts return process handling.
6. Quality data collection and analysis for quality performance improvement purpose.
7. Lead the monthly quality meeting with key accounts.
8. Handle non-conformity parts returned and issue NCR to follow up quality improvement solution.
9. Quality report prepared.
10. Active development of quality mindset to all parts of supply chain, lead by example and coach to improve colleagues.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electric, automation related and at least 3 years quality experience in an international company.
2. Fluent in oral and written English, Skilled with MS Office.
3. 5 years’ or more experience in Manufacturing/production related field, a solid background of quality control in heavy duty machinery industry.
4. Familiar with QC tools, 5Why, fishbone, control plan, 8D methodology are must.
5. Analytical, Attention to details, Commitment to Excellence, Problem solving, Communicate Effectively.
6. Goal oriented, positive attitude extremely resourceful.
7. Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
8. Quality System management and Quality Audit experience is preferred.
