-负责新项目的技术方案的评估与制定以及客户相关设计任务书,数据,图纸等技术资料解读;
Responsible for the evaluation and formulation of technical solutions for new projects, as well as the interpretation of customer related design specifications, such as LAH, data and drawings;
-负责对技术更改进行方案评估,内部更改说明文件制作并提交给产品工程师;
Responsible for the evaluation of technical changes, prepare internal change instructions and submit them to product engineer.
-负责产品图纸,数据,设计要求,标准收集整理消化及档案管理;
Responsible for product drawings, 3D data, design requirements, standards collection, and file management;
-负责产品QAD及Propdm数据系统搭建与维护;
Responsible for product QAD and Propdm data system establishment and maintenance;
-负责产品文件制定,包括零件清单、国产材料替代、零部件重要特性清单D零件清单,采购物资分类清单,DFMEA等;
Responsible for product documentation, including parts list, domestic material replacement, , important features list of parts D parts list, Procurement materials classification list, DFMEA,etc.;.
-负责整椅布局,舒适性截面及公差分析,完成DFMEA/CAVA检查等工作;
Responsible for the seat layout, comfort section and tolerance analysis,Complete DFMEA/CAVA inspection etc;
-负责开发过程中的技术问题分析,方案制定与实施;
Responsible for technical problem analysis, plan formulation and implementation during the development process;
-负责领导交代的其他工作任务。
Responsible for other tasks assigned by the leader.
-做好本岗位信息安全相关的保密工作
Do relative information security works.
岗位要求:
-能熟练使用AUTOCAD,UG或CATIA及办公软件
Be familiar with office, Autocad, UG or Catia and other office software
-受过质量管理体系、产品知识、技术设计方面等的培训,并获得相关证书
Trained in quality management system, product knowledge, technical design, etc., and obtained relevant certificates
-熟悉汽车开发流程以及座椅设计标准和质量要求;
Familiar with the vehicle develop process, seat design standard and quality requirement;
-能对产品图纸,数据,设计要求,标准收集整理消化;
Ability to collect and interpret dawing, Data, design requirements and standards;;
-熟悉APQP,PPAP等设计流程和技术文件;
Be familiar with APQP and PPAP process and related technic documents;
-较强的逻辑思维能力,良好的语言表达能力和组织能力
Strong logical thinking ability,good verbal organization and presentation skills
