Responsibilities：
- Retail reports updating and stores/ sales staffs performance tracking
- Retail Employee Attendance management, including daily attendance / OT tracking
- Conjunction with others in the team for ongoing store performance timely and accurate review and analysis
- Closely monitor the whole spectrum of store operation processes, regular reviewing store operation compliance;
- Retail off-site / on-site event coordination, such as pop up store, internal sales, etc., supporting on store opening & closure programs;
- Play as a key member to local retail operation projects;
- Store SOP localization and optimization for compliance purpose;
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' solid store operations experiences in the retail industry (preferably in retail chain store or luxury retail).
- Familiar with basic retail operation working flows
- Detail-oriented and sensitive to data, quick adaption to multi-task environment
- Performance driven and integrity in mind
- Professional in Excel and Power point
- Smooth in written and oral English
