职责描述：
Vanderlande provides its customers with life-cycle services for material handling systems. Maintenance Services on MHS equipment on site are an integrated and important part of our core business as a company. Vanderlande focuses on continuously improving through intense cooperation between all the disciplines within our company together with our customers. In this challenging role, you will serve one of our key customers' system in Hong Kong as a Maintenance Manager. The system includes high-end automated material handling solution which is critical for the business of our customer. This is an electro-mechanical system controlled using low-level and high-level control systems. You will lead a team of maintenance engineers for round-the-clock support to the customer system. You will be working during office hours however needs to be available on-site in case of emergency situation when the shift team cannot manage the issue. You will ensure that the complete scope of our maintenance services is delivered in a professional manner in line with the agreed performance parameters. The role requires taking up continuous improvement initiatives with the customer and showcasing value added by the Vanderlande maintenance team.
任职要求：
1. A technical bachelor’s degree/diploma in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engg., Mechatronics or similar
2. At least 5 years’ experience in maintenance of logistics, material handling systems or similar industries having control systems based on PLC/FSC
3. Minimal 3 years’ experience in management / team leader function. Analytical ability to structure and solve technical problems.
4. You have strong customer focus ‘service blood’ and can convince your stakeholders. Manage the site-based maintenance crew and activities of service contract
5. Align with operations manager on the impact of maintenance on the delivery of day-to-day operation. Identify recurring issues and elaborate ideas for improvement, i.e. the quality of work, performance of employees and cooperation with other departments. Set priorities, distribute work, and monitor progress and quality
6. Excellent reading, writing and speaking skills in English language and local language
