Main Duties:
1.Interface to customer.
2.Supplier management.
3.Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry
4.With the request of group leader or project responsible, leading SE-team to execute & fulfill thework package/module/system independently.
5.Ensure system deliverable meet project and MSC quality requirement.
6.Ensure system timing (develop timing and manufacture timing) meeting project timing requirement.
7.Report Project status to project and department.
8.Engineering feasibility check.
9.Lead the engineering regular meeting and topical meeting.
10.Technical documents (SSTS, SOR, etc.) define and update according to project


Requirement:
1.Benchmarking and comparing reports define according to project requirement.
2.Launch build support and issue solving.
3.Prepare milestone deliverables.


Qualification:
1.Experienced engineer, 5 years preferred (3+ years minimum).
2.Experience on the Int trim/Restraint systems（airbag/seatbelt）/seat, with work experience in OEM or supplier preferred.
3.Relative knowledge on other systems such as Body, plastic, etc.
4.Be proficient in CATIA / Teamcenter software.
5.Ability to be self-starter, seeking help as needed.
6.Could be suitable for business trips for project.
7.Good communication ability in English.
8.Open mind and teamwork with people from different cultures.
