职责描述：
Responsible for taking the airport operation and maintenance service team to provide professional after-sales service; Participated as an on-site manager in the project implementation phase in the early stage

In Service Phase：
1. Responsible for taking the airport operation and maintenance service team to provide professional after-sales service;

2. Follow up problems solving and open issues until final resolved. Continuous improvement of Baggie Handling System performance.
确保行李处理系统的良好运行，跟进并确保解决行李系统的相关问题，促进团队不断优化系统性能
3. Manage the on-site service team to ensure the performance, skill improvement, and career development of team members
管理现场服务团队，确保团队成员的绩效、技能提升和职业发展；
4. Maintain good communication with customers, actively respond to customer needs, and regularly submit monthly/weekly/quarterly KPI reports to customers and the company
与客户保持良好沟通，积极响应客户需求，定期向客户和公司提交月度/每周/季度KPI报告；
5. Follow up with third-party suppliers on the implementation of spare parts, troubleshooting, health checks, and final solutions
跟进第三方供应商的备件、故障排除、健康检查和最终解决方案的实施；
6. Respond to and follow up on on-site troubleshooting, root cause analysis, solution implementation, and summary reports from Shanghai and global service centers
响应并跟进上海和全球服务中心的现场故障排除、根源分析、解决方案实施和总结报告；
7. Prepare budget, control accounts receivable, follow up on payment status and other financial matters, explore and facilitate sales opportunities for on-site services
编制预算，控制应收账款，跟进付款情况等财务事宜，发掘并促成现场服务的销售机会；
8. EHS management of on-site assets, employees, environment, and safety.
现场资产、员工、环境和安全的EHS管理。

In Project Phase :
1. Draws up the project “installation” project plan containing objectives, organization, planning and costs calculations in consultation with Project manager.
与项目经理合作，制定项目安装计划，包括目标、组织、规划和成本计算等；
2. Monitor and manage quality, time, costs, and provision of information.
管理现场工作，监控和管理质量、时间、成本等因素
3. Identifies and analyses (potential) problems / risks and opportunities and initiates adequate corrective and preventive actions.
识别和分析（潜在）问题/风险和机遇，并采取适当的纠正和预防措施；
4. Manages the interaction of site work with all stake holders.
对接内部、外部利益相关方，保持良好的沟通与合作
5. Advises and manages the contracts of steelwork, E&M subcontractors.
为钢结构、机电分包商的合同提出建议并进行管理；
6. Ensure the PM2.0 processes within the project.
确保安装实施符合公司流程要求
7. Perform quality checks on installation and these processes.

8. Proper reporting to customer, PM and head office, including feedback and weekly site reports about progress, quality, HSE, budgets and other topics.
提供关于进度、质量、HSE、预算和其他主题的详细反馈和周报、月报
9. Responsible for creating a safe working environment. Act the role as safety officer and first aid assistant if needed.

任职要求：
1. Tertiary education (mechanical, electrical or mechatronics, automation, IT)
本科及以上学历，机械、电气或机电一体化、自动化、IT等理工科背景；
2. Minimum 6 years’ experience in taking a big site-based team. Experience in project planning. Experience in working in MHS/BHS projects.
6年以上大型项目现场团队管理经验和项目规划经验，有物流自动化或行李处理系统经验更佳，了解材料处理系统或工业运输设备；
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
良好的英语听说读写能力；
4. Business sensitivity, security awareness, strong planning and organizational skills, result driven, stress resistant, and adaptable.
有商业敏感度，有安全意识，计划和组织能力强，结果驱动，抗压力和适应性较好。
