供应链专员
1.Demand supply planning, Inventory management and optimization both in warehouse and Port level
2. Follow up delivery and inventory performance in regular basis, adjust shipping/replenishment plan (4-8weeks horizon) in a timely manner
3. Ensure the shipping/replenishment plan is based on clearly stated demand/sale data, with accurate and up to date information from all impacted areas, including transportation mode, lead time and mitigation actions.
4.Work with commercial team, DSM , Asia manufacturing team (AE, QA, Logistics, production planner…) on supply/inventory issues
5. 3PL communication, management and monitor their performance, KPI improvement
6. Data collection, maintenance and verification, e-tracking system, QBR, monthly sale count, TRR, lead time, SOP/spot quotation document maintenance per request or change
7. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5-8 years relevant experience in planning or supply chain
• Familiar with Customs clearance and CIQ process of import & export
• Good oral and written in English, no language barrier to talk and work with global people.
• Experience in multi-national company is a plus
