Follow up CNS quality management system and rule strictly to make sure products fulfil standards. Work with quality department to find out root cause and improve product quality according the quality feedback from marketing and from internal.
2. 负责公司生产组织和管理，根据每月销售预测，与物流一起编制生产计划，合理安排所需的人力资源来完成生产订单，保质保量按时交付。
Organize and manage production department follow up every month sales forecast to work out production plan. Organize the related human resource to fulfil the production order under production lead-time, with right quality and quantity.
3. 正确掌握生产任务状况，合理安排管控生产原材料、在制库存、消耗品的使用。
Correctly master production order status and arrange production raw material; WIP stock and expendable usage status.
4．合理安排员工培训，包括生产管理，岗位职责，业务技能等内容，不断提高员工的个人思想，管理及技术素质。
Reasonably arrange staff training, including production management, job responsibilities, business skills, etc., and constantly improve staff's personal thought, management and technical quality.
5. 控制工作时间和加班时间，以满足生产效率的要求

6. 根据生产需要，合理安排各部门人员出勤，全面掌握员工的工作表现状况，并进行公正合理的考评处理。

7. 掌握生产设备运行状况，落实设备AM/PM管理制度，定期确认AM/PM运行状况，与中心服务一起及时组织处理设备突发状况，确保设备OEE的稳定。
Mast the operation status of production equipment, implement the AM/PM management system of equipment, confirm the AM/PM operation status regularly, organize and deal with equipment emergencies together with the center service to ensure the stability of equipment OEE.
8. 积极调动广大员工的积极性，努力改善生产管理，提高效率、降低报废、尽可能消除各种浪费。
Encourage all employee to improve production management increasing productivity, decreasing scrap rate for deleting all type wastes.
9. 完成上级交办工作事项，并及时汇报完成进度和结果。
Complete the work assigned by supervisor and report the progress and result in time.
岗位要求：
1.College or University education
2.Mechanical manufacturing or similar
3.5 years or above working experience in industrial manufacturing enterprises; having experience or experience in people management and shop floor management incl. 5S and safety, quality tools
4.Skilful to use Office software
5.ISO14001:2015 internal auditor licence
6.Good communication skills、leadership、Improvement & 6S Skills、Team-work ability
7.Customer service-oriented and open minded, co-operative attitude to achieve a common solution through team work, good ability to make effective and efficient communication, very responsive and trust worthy.
