1. Manage manufacturing engineering team to define and control manufacturing process with the best possible process flow, set up, tools, fixture facilities, workmanship and the ergonomics.
2. Takes responsibility with his team of all the processes and the products to assure good quality and optimize production.
3. Manage manufacturing engineering to conduct failure analysis and work with other department to take effective corrective action, so as to reduce the scrap rate and improve efficiency.
4. Manage product engineering to guarantee new product launch from design to mass production successfully.
5. Manage testing engineering to ensure good equipment set up and efficient testing with the best quality.
6. Lead the qualification team to quality the new machine launch in mass production line and timely update the standard time for those new available machine.
7. Strong organization, communication and coordination skills.
