 Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that industry-accepted best practices is used.

 Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.

 Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases; coordinate internally and externally to address QA issues/concerns.

 Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

 Evaluate products with DFM, DFA and FMEA techniques.

 Perform a variety of campaign activities alone or as part of a group.

 Inspect and manage port discrepant parts program.

 Participate in new accessory installation trials.

 Participate in new model launch related programs.

 Monitor trial process for all products and prototype all equipment.

 Assist project managers and engineers.

 Prepare oral and written reports for all product development activities and analyze performance.

 Gather inspection data on new products to refine customer specs.

 Become technical expert at current products to provide support for engineering and the manufacturing operations for Madison Air.
