Job Description

• Draft and review standard terms as well as agreements, build up and maintain content of contract template database;

• Perform copy review on online content, promotional materials as well as product artwork from legal perspective;

• Prepare vivid legal training materials;

• Review commercial and operational agreements as well as commercial communication letters, statements, authoirzations to be chopped with company stamp;

• Perform legal research on various commercial/operation issues, provide legal advices on daily commercial operation and business transactions under the instruction of legal director;

• Support Legal Counsel to handle litigation and arbitration cases;

• Work closely with other legal team members on various matters of legal department

Professional Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in a law firm or in a multinational company

• LL.B. / LL.M. from reputable law schools, overseas education preferred

• Passing PRC bar exam

• Proficient in written and oral English
