工作职责
1、协助分析总监进行分析队伍的组织优化与日常运营，负责课题组日常工作的管理和技术指导。
2、根据研发中心相关制度，协助总监对分析中心运行实施有效管理，负责指定领域课题组的日常管理、绩效考核。
3、负责相关课题组对应项目中的原料、中间体、成品的分析方法、中控分析方法开发的指导，确认和验证。
4、参与课题组对应服务项目的质量标准制定工作，负责分析方法SOP、分析报告的审核。5、与对应合作的合成团队的科学家进行有效沟通，确保分析进度和质量。
5、定期汇报工作进展，提交相关要求文件，参加研发日常讨论。
6、负责课题组所属实验仪器设备的维护保养工作、所需仪器设备的调研工作。
任职资格
1、有机化学、分析化学、材料化学、无机化学、高分子化学等相关专业硕士以上学历，博士优先；
2、5年及以上化学分析岗位相关工作经验，熟悉分析仪器设备的原理、结构、性能及操作维护。
3、至少熟悉擅长以下分析领域之一：化学分析、药物分析（化药分析）、高分子分析、无机纳米材料、合成生物等。
4、态度踏实，认真负责，善于思考和总结，善于发现并解决问题，有较好的沟通协作和团队管理能力。
