PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Take lead on the annual budget, P&L in renewables, manage EPC, 3r party O&M contract, maintain the relationships with local government, state grid relationships, and JV partners. Work with group and project companies on the reports and KPIs improvement. Guide project companies on power trading, green certs and green electricity trading ect.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsibility on commercial relative issue, like local relationships, 3rd parties. management, internal coordination internally and externally on SOPs, digital platforms built-up and maintenance.
2. Responsibility on power trading and green certs & green electricity registration, trading ect..
3. Responsibility on reporting and analysis on China level and Group level.
4. Responsibility on new project development DD from AM commercial aspects, like land use right, subsidy, project approvals, EPC, O&M.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor and plus in electricity, transmission & distribution, renewables, machinery, engineering, chemicals relevant maiors.
2. 10+ years experience in renewable, electricity, transmission & distribution industry and take the key leadership role.
3. MBA will be preferred.
4. Understand electricity, transmission & electricity, renewables industry and have good relationships with state grid and local government.
5. Be familiar with local renewables, state grid, green certs & electricity regulations, policies.
6. Strong capabilities to manage complex relationships and influence the different stakeholders internally and externally.
7. Have learning ability, adaptability and pressure management ability, and a high degree of passion for work.
§. Familiar with power trading, green certs and electricity registration and transaction, carbon and emission management.
9. Fluent Oral and Writing English and 5+ working experience of multinational companies.
