Closely cooperate with our customers R&D department
Analyze customer's information needs and develop appropriate information solutions
Continuously enhance information architecture to optimize the ease of use for product information
Participate in defining information development process and continuously improve the process
Investigate in customer feedback and work out solutions to address the feedback, thus improving product information quality
Cooperate with Semcon experts from other sites and countries
Be part of a team that is driven by quality and on-time delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Master in technical fields of Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software, or related area
3+ years working experience in technical fields or similar fields, with 2 years experience as a technical writer
Excellent English and Chinese skills both in writing and speaking
Excellent communication skills
Able to structure information in an unstructured surrounding
Knowledge to use Oxygen Editor, DITA concept writing
Additional:
· Ability to be part of the Agile environment as a technical writer and work with multiple cross-functional teams.
· Quick learner for new tools and new technology.
The preferred ability for time management, task management etc.
· Teamwork spirit.
