岗位职责

1. As an IT Administrator, be responsible for network, IT equipment and system management, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT devices and software. Maintain and optimize IT by following the group policy and standards, monitor the performance metrics on infrastructure related.

2. Acting as second level support window, assist Helpdesk team to resolve escalation issue/ticket. Track the service quality of the L1 team and provide relevant training and process support ,Collaborate with the Global team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

3. Offer training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware functionalities and best practices.

4. Responsible for managing the company's IT assets, developing relevant processes and standards for asset management, and improving the quality and efficiency of asset management , Support the procurement and leasing process of IT equipment and service

5. Excellent learning ability, willing to continuously learn and improve in the field of IT and digital transformation, Participate in IT team project activities based on business requirement ,

6. Complete the relevant tasks assigned by the IT manager

任职条件

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field

2. 2-3 years of professional experience in field of IT technician, IT support and Network administrator

3. Strong communication ,teamwork ,positive and user-friendly service attitude skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer

4. Chinese and English language is mandatory,

5. Familiarity with network and system management, with strong problem-solving skills

6. Certification on particular systems or technologies (e.g. Cisco, Huawei, Microsoft O365 ,Cloud (Azure ,Tecent)

7. Willingness to travel
