Responsibilities:
•
Lead Advanced Engineering Projects to develop new product and technology for future market needs, including:
Develop and execute project plans, to deliver qualified project deliverables.
•
Work closely with project team, to push project move forward. Fulfill project scope, timing, resource and quality requirements.
•
Deliver required documentation for handover to next phase.
•
Conduct market research and customer communication to understand value proposition, and future technology trends.
•
Facilitate necessary trainings regarding new technology, new product, and innovation tools.
•
Participate global research projects as required.
•
Support product planning, and technology roadmap tasks.


Qualifications:
•
Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is preferred, major in engineering flied.
•
3-year plus working experience is must.
•
General project management skill is must.
•
Experience in air purification, water purification, HVAC is a plus.
•
Experience in innovation management or new technology development is preferred.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are must, be able to present idea and hold discussion with global and cross functional teams.
•
Must be a team player and work effectively in cross functional groups/teams.
•
Must be able to do domestic or international travel domestically (＜25%).
