职责描述：
- Development of products such as Seat, Headrest and armrest, etc.
座椅、头枕、扶手等相关产品开发
- Lead the team to continuously improve the quality of the company's products.
带领团队在公司产品的质量持续改进
- New product development and Production support introduction.
新产品的开发，投产支持。
- As the company's engineering window, work with the customer's engineering team. 作为公司的工程窗口，与客户工程团队进行对接。
- Building and upgrading the team's product development capabilities.
团队产品开发能力的建设和提升。
- In the process of new product development, design issues are resolved to ensure ready for launch.
在新产品开发过程中，解决设计问题，以确保新产品的顺利投产。
- Product quality improvement and cost optimization.
产品质量的提升和成本优化。
- Assist procurement for new products quotation. 协助新项目的报价方案制作。
- Other tasks assigned by controller. 其它的工作任务。


任职要求：
- University Graduate in engineering profession.
大学机械设计与工程相关专业毕业。
- At least 10 years of work experience in product development of seats and Auto parts, familiar with seats the products.
在座椅，汽车零部件产品开发方面 10年的工作经验，熟悉座椅及相关产品。
- Good at communication, team management. 善于沟通，团队管理。
- Good at PLM &QAD system. 熟悉PLM和QAD系统。
- Good at computer CATIA & CAD software，TS16949 and PPAP. 熟练CATIA和CAD软件和TS16949及PPAP流程。
- Good at English and daily use. 英语熟练并能日常应用。
