Position Summary
Arrange and guarantee production according orders; Management of workshops; continuously improve production performance.

Main Accountabilities
职责(Responsibilities)：

1. 协调生产计划，组织、监督人员按计划生产，保证按时完成生产任务。
Coordinate and join making production planning, organize and control the production accordingly, guarantee to fulfill the production planning on time.
2．根据实际情况，必要时及时调整生产，减少浪费，确保客户订单。
According the actual situation, to adjust the production if necessary, to reduce waste and guarantee the customer orders.
3. 组织、协调新产品的试制。
Arrange the resource to support the trial out of new products / projects.
4．协调相关部门（设备、工艺、质量、物流、采购等），解决生产中出现的问题，保证生产正常进行。
Cooperate with relevant partner (Maintain, Process, Quality, Logistic, and Purchase) to solve problems to ensure the production.
5. 下属人员的管理和考核，提高团队的积极性和凝聚力，鼓励并协调创新活动。
Manage and assess the staff performance, improve team spirit and motivation, encourage and support the innovation activities.
6．维护生产现场秩序，提高现场的整洁度，监督、维护生产纪律。
Maintain the workshop organizing, control and maintain production orderliness and discipline.
7．监督并保证生产安全。
Guarantee the production safety.
8．提高生产效率，降低废品率，提高人员、材料、能源的产出、投入比值。
Improve production efficiency, reduce scraps, Improve Output-Input ratio of personal, material and energy.
9. 运用精益生产理念（5S/TPM/SMED/EE/workshop/价值流分析/合理化建议等）, 持续改进现有生产方式。
Implement Kaizen (using 5S/TPM/SMED/EE/Workshop/VSM/Suggestion etc.) to improve current production mode continuously.
10.各部门主管对部门内一切环境健康安全管理体系工作负责；
All department heads are responsible for all environmental health and safety management systems in the department;
确保部门内为体系运行提供必要的资源和人员
Ensure that necessary resources and personnel are provided within the department for the operation of the system
确保HSE管理体系授权的人员具备相应的资质
Ensure that the personnel authorized by the HSE Management System have the appropriate qualifications
11．完成上级布置的各项其他合理的任务。
Fulfil jobs which are required by supervisors.
 Ensure compliance with HSE legislation; apply policies and processes; ensure qualification, instruction and supervision of the team in the application of HSE processes, regulations and emergency procedures based on current risk assessments.

权力(Power)：
1. 拥有对下属人员工作的调配权、工作争议的裁决权、工作的监督考核权。
Work assignment, conflict verdict supervising and evaluating to the staff who report to this position
2. 有权对在车间内违反安全规定的活动立即进行制止。
Have the right to stop immediately the behaviours which are against the safety requirement.

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
教育水平/专业（Education/Major）：
本科或相当学历
University degree or equal.

经验（Experiences）：
有从事一线生产管理5年以上工作经历
Minimal 5 years working experience in production management

资格证书（Certificates）：

知识/技能（Knowledge & Skills）：
熟悉本行业的生产工艺全过程。
Familiar with progress of production process.
熟悉质量体系要求（TS16949）。
Be familiar with quality system requirement(TS16949).

外语/计算机能力（Foreign language/Computer ability）：
英语/计算机操作熟练,。
Good English,be familiar with computer usage.

能力素质（Personal Quality）：
较强的生产组织能力、人际沟通能力、计划与执行能力
Strong ability of production organization, communication, and plan and undertake.
