What you’ll do

Provides purpose, direction, delegating, and removing obstacles for the team to deliver according to expectations.
Motivate people to achieve business goals by explaining how the teams’ deliveries relates to the broader business plan and the organization's strategy, mission and vision.
Develops team to meet organization's goals and support people career goals.
Provide real-time coaching, development activities, and stretch assignments.
Participate in program and technical discussions to stay updated to guide and coach the team.
Fosters highly effective teams, tracks team performance with appropriate metrics and provides feedback.
Builds strong stakeholder relationships.
Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures and continuously implement improvements to increase efficiency.
Responsible for HR related activities (e.g. performance evaluation, salary setting).
Recruit highly skilled individuals in line with identified capability and competence needs.
Responsible for the teams working environment.
Member of the ME PC Industrialization management team.


What you’ll bring

We are looking for a leader with high ambitions and great interest in developing people, manufacturing engineering and working in a global context.
You have a university level education with experience from manufacturing.
You bring leadership skills in project management, conduct diverse teams, or previous working experience as a manager.
To be successful in this role, you need to be team-oriented person with good communication and cooperation skills.
You are curious to learn new things and want to challenge status quo.
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken and you also need to have the flexibility to travel.
